hello, i’m Amelia.
i go by a lot of different names online. elfsbe is the most common name that follows my online presence. you can find me on almost any social media platform, but my frequently used are Twitter and TikTok. i do occasionally stream on Twitch and post YouTube videos, but only as a hobby.
you also may know me for posting fanfiction online under this moniker as well—my most popular works being “milk & black spiders” and “Make You Feel” on Archive of Our Own.
however, my formal works have, and will, be published under the name A.F. Swanson (more commonly stylized as a.f. swanson).
so you may be asking, “Amelia, what’s the website for?“
i have one published work to my (pen)name that’s nearly a decade old. a scattered online presence with no direction, no consistency, nor any ‘significant’ (to the common person, at least) audience. i don’t have a real product to sell, or even any type of content to market. honestly, i may be silly for even considering creating a custom website for myself…so then, why?
to give myself a shot.
i am on so many different platforms with so many things to offer, regardless of if other people find value in them or not. it’s hard to know what to promote and where to showcase all of that when i’m just everywhere—scattered.
this website will hopefully push me to put out more writing, but will also provide navigation to all my different endeavors. just a hub of me and everything i am.
blog posts, creative works, navigation through my social media, and eventually, products to sell: my books and maybe merch, i don’t know. it’ll just all be here—a hodgepodge of Amelia. i know, how self-congratulatory, right?
